Episode 186 hosts Jessica Halliday & Maria Reid, both Registered Nurses based in Tasmania, Australia. 

Jessica worked as a midfwife for many years before deciding to become a cosmetic injector. She founded 'Eden Cosmetic Therapies' based in Hobart in 2017. 

Maria worked as in nurse management role for over a decade in a health business prior to becoming a cosmetic injector. 

Jessica originally employed Maria as a contractor in a dual role, as an injector but who running the management aspect of the clinic. Maria's input proved so valuable that in 2020, Jessica invited her to join as an equal partner with a 50% share of the business.
