Captain Content laced up his Doc Martins and led us over to the Pacific Northwest to the land of everything GRUNGE! How is it possible that we are on our 6th ep in this series and we still haven’t played a single note of Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, and Pearl Jam??? Listen along as we uncover the depth of the Seattle scene that invaded the rock n’ roll world over 30 years ago.

This episode features songs from bands outside the big 4 of grunge, or the Seattle sound, or whatever you want to call that stuff that happened in the early 90s. A perfect amalgam of punk, classic rock, and metal is right in our wheelhouse. We have a lot of fun reminiscing about this unique time in rock history. Grab a Starbucks, put your flannel on, and join us on the trek!

Bakers Pink – “Euphoria” from Bakers Pink (1993)Bundle Of Hiss – “Fire Place” from Sessions: 1986-1988 (2000) Loudermilk – “Tooth For A Tooth” from Man With Gun Kills Three! (1998)Truly – “Strangling” from Fast Stories… From Kid Coma (1995)Alcohol Funnycar – “Try To Understand” from Time To Make The Donuts (1993)Daddy Hate Box – “Edge” from Sugar Plow - EP (1990)Econoline Crush – “Nowhere Now” from Affliction (1995)
