There are a million change models out there...and most of them don't work. As I discuss in this quick rant podcast, they fail because of two simple reasons. First, "models" are point-in-time exercises, and second, they are missing the most important element, the contribution roadmap. This is the why, what and how your teams contribute to the change. How they make a meaningful difference and support the bigger vision. This matters up, down and sideways on the organizational ladder and is often the first to be overlooked. Hence, failure.
