Danielle “Dani” Langford, a two-time national Canadian basketball collegiate champion ( C.I.S.) and now a physiotherapist, joins CORESHORTS™ Founder and Sports Physiotherapist Greg Bay on his “Injuries, Innovations, and Insights” podcast. From playing to briefly coaching to getting her master’s degree from Curtin University of Australia, Dani explains her path to becoming a physiotherapist and why she co-founded Core A.I.M.™, alongside Physiotherapy veteran Alex McKechnie, who is the VP of Player Health and Performance for the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association. Their partnership centers around the shared belief that appropriate training creates the foundation for young athletes and their goal is to connect the clinic to the court – preventing injury and protecting the athlete’s longevity.
