Meet Phil Dixon:
Phil is the Vice President of Customer and Team Success at InJoy Global. He is also one of the best dad’s in the world. As well as one of my best friends.
This is a special episode because of who Phil is in business and in life. He is one of the best examples I know of being fully alive. What does that mean? That means that each day of his life is a full-on commitment to getting the very most out of each moment. That means road tripping 3500 miles in 8 days to show his two boys some of the most amazing national parks the U.S has to offer. That means figuring out how to do a month in Europe last summer, and still be able to be available to his team and clients in a way that they never knew he was gone.
That means family costumes for Halloween, parties for the sake of parties, and spontaneous 3 day road trips
It means creating massively heartfeld video recaps of the highlights of each year for both his nuclear and work families.
It means wearing a smile and leading with his heart, despite some very real physical and life challenges. It means waking up every day saying YES to life in all it’s complex juiciness.
What I absolutely love about Phil… is, well… everything.
Maybe you know someone who represents being fully alive for you, and you know how impactful just being around them can be. Phil is that person for me.
