He has consulted and presented in more than 10 countries and is a master practitioner of The Human Element®, a transformative approach based on FIRO Theory for improving workplace culture that starts with deep, individual changes. Invented by Ethan’s father Dr. Will Schutz, best-selling author and pioneer in the human relations field and creator of FIRO Theory, The Human Element has been used worldwide for over 40 years.

What I love about Ethan is that this work is literally in his DNA. He is the perfect example of someone standing on the shoulders of those who have gone before him, not only furthering their work, but carving out his own path.
