Meet Ross Gilham-Jones: 

Ross is a former England and Great Britain International Hockey Player and Founder of LEAP Hockey. 

Ross started playing hockey at the age of four and was playing International hockey for England and Great Britain by the age of fifteen. He won a silver medal at the Youth Olympics and was selected for the Great Britain Rio 2016 Olympic Games. 

He founded LEAP Hockey in 2014 after realizing that his passion was not only playing the game, but actually passing his knowledge and experience onto the next generation of athletes.  LEAP stands for LEARN, ENJOY, ACHIEVE & PROGRESS and through this platform he has been to deliver world class coaching and inspiration to players around the globe. 

Ross has been coaching in one way or another for over 10 years. Including being a part of some of the most elite hockey programs worldwide, including Division 1 programs in England, Australia, and the US. 

Currently he’s on a mission to grow the game in California before the 2028 Olympic games and give the United States the best opportunity to win a medal in field hockey. 

What I love about Ross is his undeniable ALL IN attitude on living life to the fullest. He is walking billboard of what’s possible when it comes to creating a life we truly love. And today we will hear a little bit of his story, as well as some of the secrets he’s learned along the way. And while hockey is often the arena that Ross is known for, the way he approaches life, the wisdom he has, and the principles and methods he uses are easily applied to all parts of life.
