On December 7, 2003, 13-year-old Daniel Morcombe left his home in Sunshine Coast, Australia to go Christmas shopping for his family at the Sunshine Plaza shopping center. Daniel was last seen at the Sunbus bus stop near his home around 2 pm, but after that no one ever saw Daniel alive again. Daniel’s case would become the biggest police investigation in Queensland history, yet it would take 8+ years for them to solve it.
