Carol first worked in publishing then moved to Hollywood to raise a family and have a career. It was an uncommon combination for women at the time but Carol stuck to her principles & strong work ethic & succeeded.

She's worked with legends like Barbra Streisand & Dolly Parton plus great writers like Mike White who wrote television’s The White Lotus. She executive produced Dead Ringers directed by David Cronenberg & Kicking and Screaming directed by Noah Baumbach who also wrote the Blockbuster Film Barbie.

Carol has recently written a book "Creative Producing". In this Podcast she shares some of her book's wisdom such as: Don't keep people waiting, have great taste, watch out for horrible bosses, don't be afraid to call people & most importantly fight for what you believe in.
