The year is 1999 and the internet is growing in popularity and size.  There is a lot to see and do on the internet, but how do you take it all in?  Merchantsoft has developed a way to browse the internet while you sleep.  It's called Hypnospace.  You are a volunteer Enforcer hired by Merchantsoft and paid in Hypnocoins to enforce the law on website owners and their sites.  Get them for copyright infringement, cyber bullying, illegal content, and malicious viruses.  But just because you are an Enforcer, doesn't mean you are safe from any of these and other hazards on the sometimes light, sometimes dark web.  Grab a coffee and get ready to do some searching, but also have some fun.  Most of all, Enforce the Law!!
