The cultural shift taking place in way that people view media and relate with media personalities.
Traditional media is beginning to take ques and learn from the online culture.
Roughly 4 times the views that the Superbowl gets happen daily on YouTube.
The dominant demographic culture chooses to be interactive with its media, but this has caused ripples through the other demographics outside of the dominant.
Many different age groups engage on social media now.
The new paradigm is that anyone has access to an audience or customer base online, if they can package the information right. (More about this concept in Episode 5)

Infinite return on an investment? What…?  It’s possible.
If you invest no money and get back something, that it an infinite return.
Being creative, prepared and willing to put in some work, you can make higher returns with real estate than most any other investment.
Social media is a great way to tap into your network for information and capital.
