Today’s episode finally takes on the very complicated case of the mass shooting on December 6th, 1989 at the Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal. It is often considered the first “incel shooting” despite predating the term by 25 years. The perpetrator, Marc Lepine left a manifesto and killed 14 female college students, one of whom was Anne-Marie Edward, the cousin of today’s guest, Jean-Marc Dalphonde (@JMDalphonde). Jean-Marc teaches theatre at a university, and is working on a play based on this event, which he has thought about in harrowing detail every single day for the past three years. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~.
