Guest Name: Kodie Ritchie, Technology Coordinator, Office of Admissions, Southeastern Missouri State University 

Guest Bio: Kodie Ritchie began her role in higher education as a coach, serving in both part-time a full-time roles at the Division I, NAIA, and Division III levels. Her admissions journey began at the University of South Dakota and continued at Loras College in Dubuque, IA where she spent time as an admission counselor, assistant director, and ultimately associate director of admissions. While at Loras, she also served as the athletic liaison for the admissions department, specializing in assisting prospective athletes and their families with their financial aid offers. For the last year and a half Kodie has served in the admissions office at Southeast Missouri State University (her alma mater) for which she is the technology coordinator and Element451 captain. She is a part of the admissions leadership team which collaborates on strategies to constantly improve recruitment, preserve data integrity, and enhance the student experience throughout the admissions process.  Throughout her career she has worked with multiple CRMs and recruiting databases, providing training for student workers and colleagues with varying levels of experience.
