For our second episode, we catch up with an MMA legend, “The Smashing Machine” Mark Kerr. This MMA wunderkind took over the scene in the mid-90s, ran through back to back UFC Heavyweight Tournaments, and ended up in PRIDE FC at its peak.
We talk to Mark about his incredible rise to greatness through amateur wrestling, ending up in the infamous Foxcatcher wrestling camp headed by John DuPont alongside David & Mark Schultz and Kurt Angle, and the no holds barred fighting he ended up in.
“The Smashing Machine” documentary is a cult classic and now Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is set to portray in a new biopic by the same name. We will talk about the rise and fall of Kerr and the honor of working with Dwayne Johnson.
