Aidan Canfield

On Episode 133, Matt is joined by yet another young up and coming artist in town, Aidan Canfield. Aidan like Matt, comes from the suburbs outside New York City. He moved to Nashville in the spring shortly after taking a trip down to play our OTR live event at Live Oak. 
 
So far 2023 has been a HUGE year for the young 21 year old. Aidan has signed a publishing deal, a booking deal, developed a team around him and had the opportunity to open for big names like Riley Green. 

The guys chat about growing up in NY, how the suburbs of Rockland and Westchester Counties get labeled as 'Upstate New York' by folks in the city, Yankee Stadium stories and how Aidan has gotten acclimated to Nashville with new things like the concept of co-writing. Canfield also shares why he kicked off his career with a full length record to start this year, his plethera of musical influences and what he's planning on for future releases!
