We discuss his amazing achievements with Qatar Ultra Runners and the East to West Ultra Endurance race on the 6th January 2023.

This race started with just 25 runners and now it's up to 600 who will be coming from all over the globe!! Islam also talks about his journey to becoming an athlete from an accountant.
