Bobby Abate is a queer artist, filmmaker, activist and Tarot aficionado from Brooklyn, New York, and creator of the new OUTSIDER TAROT. An outsider himself since the first grade, Bobby found refuge in the underground world of provocateurs, artists, queers, and punks. His introduction to the Tarot was through the Tarot of the Cat People at the age of seventeen. Ever since, he sought to create a deck that paid homage to all the beautiful misfits who live by their own rules. Bobby spent eight years researching and creating the OUTSIDER TAROT, which marries ancient esoteric systems with the revolutionary spirit of the boundary-breaking forward thinkers that have left an indelible impression on his life.
