K.T. Griffiths offers her first book, a memoir, to all those who face the realities of life and parenting. K.T. got her start in the fast-paced world of high fashion and modeling, and has assisted in the wardrobe and prop departments for numerous films. Her career passions have overlapped with a love for ministry, and she has decades of experience in leading women’s Bible studies, and mentoring young oms and career women. She is also active in the global missions committee at her local church, and has been responsible for allocating over six million dollars to missions and ministries over the past three years.

Her most prized titles, however, are Wife, Mother of 6, and Grandmother of 11. When one of K,T.’s children was diagnosed with a mental illness, that role as mother was so tried and tested that writing Shhh…Mental Illness, The Silent Disease and sharing her story became a necessity.  Known for her wisdom, honesty, and authentic empathy for the plight of others equipped her to explore and share the chaos of the mind amidst life’s relational struggles and help others emerge stronger than before. When not writing, speaking, or caring for her family, K.T. enjoys her ‘therapy’ - photography, painting, and a weekly date-night with her husband, a tradition that has lasted over 40 years.
