On this episode, Monday tells a story of growing up with three talented musical parents who were all phenomenal, legendary jazz musicians. She followed in their footsteps and studied the flute and piccolo. After a car accident damaged below her lower lip, she had to move from flutist and piccolo player to a vocal performer. At 23, she was discovered by a film producer from Japan and cast in a major motion picture, receiving awards for her performance. She never strayed far from her musical endeavors and is a jazz performer to this day.
After the break, Jeff tells his story of a death in his family, which changed the way he viewed the world. Later he moved from a small town in Maine called Buxton to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career, becoming a successful character performer.
