"Caught in the middle, again" - Divorced Swedish dad, Perka Holmström, gets real about family relationships.

In Episode 16, Mats comes in to host, talking with Perka Holmström, of Sweden, about kids caught in the middle of divorce.  He shares his own childhood memory of divorce and being a kid in Sweden in an era of equality, with deep honesty. And, reminds us of common themed from divorce, including miscommunication, cultural and religion clashes and how kids play off parents to get benefit from divorce.  Perka looks honestly at how kids connect with parents, sometimes at their own expense. And, how history repeats itself.
*We touch on a few of our favorite things and in the blog finish off with the weekly mindfulness technique to help work through bonus family frustrations and and of course, the question of the day.
