Thalia Pellegrini is a registered nutritional therapist based in London, England. After a decade as a TV presenter for the BBC, Thalia decided to retrain as a nutritionist because she wanted to help change the lives of women. She qualified in 2009 following a three-year course at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London. Her specialist interest is women’s health. Known as the Knackered Mums Nutritionist, she runs her signature perimenopause group program Knackered to Nourished as well as working 1:1 with women to address health issues ranging from autoimmunity, PCOS, PMS, perimenopause and low energy and fatigue. Her passion is empowering mums to hold their own wellbeing sacred - without guilt.
