Positive thinking and positive self talk can seem a little woo-woo, but when done right, it can radically improve your self confidence.

Zig Ziglar said it this way, "positive thinking will let you do EVERYTHING better than negative thinking".

One of the exercises I take teens through in the Teen Catalyst Experience is reframing negative self talk.

Instead of "I wish" or "I want", change it to "I will" and "I can".
