Being Unapologetically YOU and Avoiding the Parent Trap!

Just like so many parents, I too, have fallen into the parent trap!

What is the parent trap? The trap where you PUT YOURSELF LAST to take care of everyone else. The trap is where you GIVE UP all the things you used to love to do because you don't feel you have time anymore. The trap in which you DRESS THRUMPY EVERY DAY because it is convenient and comfortable.

And slowly.... the parent trap has you leaving your old self behind to be ONLY a parent. This also leads to resentment and unhappiness. So in this episode: Rodrigo Bravo and I talk about the parent trap! We discuss:
