In this episode, I am joined by Detlef Schoen, founder and CEO of new AG, an innovative platform that invests in farms around the world and transforms their practices to be more regenerative and resilient. regenerative agricultural methods, if applied on a global scale, have the potential to sequester Terra tons of atmospheric carbon dioxide into the soil to greatly reduce the use of fertilizers while enhancing soil nutrients and improving the nutritional content of the food that's run. That left started new ag with 40 years of agricultural expertise under his belt. Early in his career, he led Cargill’s European grain business before launching for farming and agricultural trading businesses that have spanned Europe, US, Australia and Africa.
