You can’t wait until you feel confident before you do something.For opportunities, we have to show up and raise our hand if we want to make a change. Women have a tendency to hold back from sharing ideas and doing things. It takes vulnerability and risk to move forward.Leadership is a learning journey. Leaders make mistakes everyday. It’s important to know when we need to bring in expertise. Teamwork is key. When everyone works together and listens to each other, we are smarter than an individual alone.
