Well, I'm gonna tell you why. And the thing is, you are probably burnt out. Maybe you're not, but you probably suffer from burnout in the past, and not realised it or not done anything about it. And there is a very easy explanation for that. 

Today we're talking about burnout versus depression, because I think that's a very important distinction to make. Causes of burnout, how to get over burnout, and how to stop it from happening in the future.
