In the NBA, the Cleveland Cavaliers were major contenders for the championship between 2014 and 2019. Even after Lebron James left for the Lakers in 2018, the Cavs are still a major leader in innovation. They have an innovation team known as the "Mousetrap" team that is dedicated to finding new ideas and improving the current processes for the Cavs. Jack Carmichael, Andy Olsson, and Aria Mirabile teach us on how the Cavs utilize their mousetrap team to gain new ideas and implement them.
