It’s a warmer 64 degrees this morning in Boise and the Treasure Valley. It's 53 in Poky and IF. Northern Idaho, morning lows in the 60s…. it's going to be an excellent farming day with clear skies and warm temps in the forecast over the weekend.
Corn trading a little down this morning. Jul 20 Corn futures open at $3.17, down 7 cents.
Front-month SRW futures open with 5 1/2 cent gains in Chicago. The gains are stronger for the nearby markets. HRW wheat futures are up 3 cents. MPLS spring wheat opens 4 to 5 cents lower in the front months. Export Sales data is at the top end of pre-report estimates with 518-thousand MT sold.

Milk prices open steady at $20.94 per hundredweight and staying steady no gains this morning.
Feeder cattle futures open with modest gains this morning. The CME Feeder Cattle index is $129.82, up by 70 cents. August 20 cattle futures open at $96.17, that's up .87 cents.
The first crop of hay wrapping up across Idaho, the heavy rain has affected hay quality prices are down a bit. Premium hay prices climbing. Demand was moderate to good for the new crop offerings.
