It’s 34 degrees this morning in the Treasure Valley we’ve had scattered rain, Its a mild 32 in Poky, 28 in IF.  Northern Idaho, it’s 36 this morning in CDA and a bit colder in Sandpoint…. Scattered snow and rain afternoon temps will hit the 30s and 40’s.

On to the markets: At the CBOT, open corn futures are at $4.37, up 5 cents.

Monday wheat futures open mixed. SRW closed fractionally mixed on Friday, but down 6 cents from last week.  HRW futures open mostly lower with fractional losses.

 Mar 21 CBOT Wheat opens at $6.08, down 1/2 cent,
 Mar 21 KCBT is at $5.69, down 3/4 cent,
 Mar 21 MGEX Wheat opens at $5.68, up a cent and a half.

Milk inching up, now trading at  $15.64 per hundredweight this morning, up 3 cents.

Fat cattle futures open with anywhere from 2 to 40 cent gains most of that came on Friday, with positioning adjustments ahead of the monthly Cattle on Feed release. December futures open up $1.12 up, and $1.72 on the week. CME confirmed 10 more deliveries against December on the 17th, for 45 total. USDA reported some Friday business in NE from $107 to $108. That was above the majority of northern deals for last week near $104.

Idaho Hay, supreme quality trading at  $160, good quality going for $140 demand steady.
