Adam Rankin joins the podcast to talk about the North Star Charter boys basketball program. A true basketball junkie, Rankin is entering his fourth year guiding the Huskies. He has also has experience coaching girls and at the youth level.
Rankin shares what it is like to coach at a small charter school. He talks about his philosophy when it comes to building a program and how it encourages his players to have a growth mindset.
He also talks about his experience running a "Grinnell" type system where all 5 players were subbed after a minute-and-a-half and gives several other insights from his coaching experience.
