After an approximately 8-month process, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) has completed its investigation and determined that subsidised phosphate imports from Morocco and Russia have materially injured the US phosphate industry.
As a result, there will be countervailing duty orders on phosphate from Russia and Morocco for at least five years.
