Happy Thanksgiving all you awesome people!!

Wanted to come on with another fabulous episode for you guys to talk about the things that make me smile! As the holidays are fast approaching, I wanted to share the little things that I cling to that help me deal with all the things that stress me out, and make me feel overwhelmed. If these last few years have taught me anything, it's that holding on to the things I find comfort in goes a long way in improving my mental health. I hope that you can find some happiness in these things I'm sharing with ya'll.
