How ya doing on this fine day? Are you doing okay? Are you checking in with yourself? Are you drinking enough water and getting enough rest? Are you taking up too much time dwelling on the past? On things you can't change? On bad situations?

Let me tell you right now, stop. Just stop.

Stop looking in the rearview hoping things will miraculously change by you somehow placing all your time and attention on it. You deserve better. You deserve happiness and peace. Especially when your past might not look that great.
