I Needed This Introduction

Hey!

Welcome to the intro to the I Needed This Podcast.

My name is David Bennett and this is something I wanted to do for a while now.

I am a certified life coach, a life skills worker, and just a person who genuinely cares about other people.

Here is the reason why I want to do a podcast.

If you are like me, you wake up everyone morning with a mental checklist. This mental checklist is something you habitually and routinely focus on every day. 

An example of this could go along the lines of something like this:

You wake up hit the alarm contemplate going to work or not then finally, you get out of bedCoffeeShowerCloths Etc.

 Now, I don't know about you, but while I am checking everything off of my list to do, I usually turn on music or a good motivational video on youtube to give me that extra buzz to start my day. 

Then, when I am ready to walk out the door, I am ready for the day.

I need this every morning.

 Are you like me? 

Well, that is exactly what this podcast is! I am the extra buzz in the morning to get you started off on the right foot. (Some say I am even better than the coffee..Wink)

This is where I give you 10-15 minutes of pure thought-provoking motivation to get you started on the right foot. 

The best thing about having a podcast is that you don't have to just listen to me in the morning! You can listen to me on the car ride to work, during lunch, grocery shopping, working out, jogging, and anywhere else you can think of having me! 

I promise after each podcast you are going to be relieved that you heard my voice. You will find yourself chanting to yourself "I needed this"! When you do, just know that I am somewhere in the world whispering "you're welcome".
