The ‘Stepback 90s vs 00s’ tour was postponed two weeks ago, with emails being sent to ticket holders saying new dates were being arranged for 2020. The social media posts from some of the acts involved contradicted the statement from promoters, Stepback Concerts Ltd, and their official social media channels started to disappear.

A quick dive into Google showed that this wasn’t the first time disappointing a large number of music fans for the man behind Stepback.

Further investigation was needed - and what we turned up was a catalogue of dissolved businesses, liquidations and cancellations - leaving fans, musicians and suppliers out of pocket for over £1.5 million.
