MTV's Catfish: The TV Show is coming to the UK and Antonia Jones Host and Founder of the I’m a Mum Fix My Life Podcast caught up with Janet Chute, Senior Casting Producer of MTV’s Catfish UK about the new show and her career, for this special bonus episode.

MTV’s Catfish has been a huge hit with viewers in the US for eight years and is currently co-hosted by Nev Schulman and Kamie Crawford, to help people who have never met in person or even seen each other on video chat, to investigate their uncertain online relationships and help uncover the truth.

As the world continues practicing social distancing, people are online more than ever looking for connections, especially Single Mums in search of love online. But with this comes the pros and cons of online dating as many have either experienced someone pretending to be who they are not, or they themselves have even been posing as someone else.

MTV’s making a UK version of the hit reality-based documentary series CATFISH to hit our screens in 2021, and Antonia and Janet chatted about how MTV’s Catfish UK can help you, including how you can protect yourself when dating online by answering some of the questions single mums really want to know about making virtual connections!
