On this episode, Adam talks to Kim Zuroff about how she mastered recruiting by learning the importance of being authentic and caring with people. Kim had her first leadership opportunity at 23, and she says now that she looks back she knows the reason she wasn't able to recruit very well was that she had all the knowledge she needed, but didn't know how to engage with people in a way where they knew she genuinely cared about them. She learned from lots of great recruiters and eventually mastered that skill, going on to be a productivity coach, MAPS and BOLD coach. Now she is a Team Leader in Maryland and recruited 100 agents to her office last year.
