Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable with Brian Beers

On this episode, Adam talks to Brian Beers about how he grew multiple Midas franchises.  After taking over a Midas his parents ran, Brian learned all he could about the technical side of the business, which in turn helped garner him respect as someone who wasn't just the boss' kid.  He quickly figured out that being able to say yes to the customer the day they called was key to their growth and started conveying to his employees that no matter how busy they seemed one day, the way they would grow was by getting comfortable being uncomfortable.  He now has 12 locations and says the key has always been finding the right people to help.  Wanting to add to his businesses, he started another company with the knowledge he accumulated at his Midas locations, Fleet Clean Philadelphia.  Fleet Clean goes to customers with large industrial vehicles and cleans them on the spot with their own large trucks.  Brian's podcast Business with Beers is launching soon.
