On this episode,  Adam talks to Chris Stevens about how he built up 12 offices around Philadelphia with 500+ agents.  Chris shares a little about his life before real estate as an executive chef working with Wolfgang Puck, and how he learned the value of systems and models when producing all of the food for large events.  He integrated that skillset into real estate when he became a Realtor in 2015 and started recruiting people to his team.  He shares how building the right team of people around him has helped him move mountains.  He explains how he has recruited so many agents and retained them through being creative, aggressive, disruptive and thinking outside the box.
