Community: Heineken experience in Amsterdam of their oldest brewery once it closed down in 1988 - brewing process, horses that delivered the beer (not originals of course), a showcase of sports sponsorship, of course, a big taproom where you pull you own 33cl glasses of beer - thing to note about the pour - Dutch-style head from the pour, all the way to the top then use a skimmer at a 45-degree angle to remove any dry or broken foam.
