Thai Beverage better know as ThaiBev is Thailand’s largest beverage companies - made in Thailand, UK and China - $13bn in market capitalisation - listed on Singapore Stock Exchange

2000, Carlsberg and Chang entered into a 50-50 joint venture, Carlsberg Asia. 2005 Carlsberg pulled out of the agreement and terminated its licence agreement - Carlsberg said Chang not equal commitment - Chang questioned Carlsberg’s commitment to the asian market- Chang claimed $2.5bn in damages - settle at $120m paid by Carlsberg.
