In this episode I call my boss, Rob, and I tell him a joke.

During the long lockdown of 2020, Rob and I both started making sofrito, a Spanish sauce made with capsicum and tomatoes that is delicious with just about anything. We've been comparing batches and tips (my hot tip is to mince up mushrooms and add those for a little extra oomph, Rob's is to let the tomatoes cook down just a *bit* longer than you think you should to make them extra sweet), and honestly we're just bloody loving it.
