I met him when he was working as a bartender and just beginning his acting career. In 2022, Jake landed a major role on season 2 of the HBO Series, “The Righteous Gemstones” starring Danny McBride, John Goodman, and John DeVine, playing ‘The Maniac Kid’ in episode 1. Jake is originally from Birmingham, Alabama and is now working & studying acting at SCAD in Atlanta. In this interview we talk about Jake’s experience working with Danny McBride and the other cast members, the progression of his career, differences between acting, improv, and standup, and a lot more.
