Now living in Canton, originally from Toledo, OH, George is a regular in the Asheville and Greenville comedy scenes who has been doing standup since 2017. By day, George owns a computer consulting business. Geo uses observational comedy with a twisted take on things he encounters to bring laughs to crowds both virtually and in real life. He’s the founder of Buttondown comedy which hosts virtual shows, as well as shows live & in person at the Boiler Room in Asheville. Geo also has an angelic voice you can catch on the Karaoke mic @ Sharkey’s downtown Greenville. On today’s interview, we learn by Geo is a geek, hear stories about his time at Dragoncon, Geo explains Y2K, we learn tips to stay looking young, and Geo walks us through a traumatic car accident story.
