From a recent CHIMAT email Amy was curious about the latest Health Visitor service delivery metrics and how these compare to figures from 5yrs ago - 2013 - midway through the Call to Action - are these metrics an accurate measure of how Health Visitors are doing?

Jenny and Amy hypothesise on why the figures seem to have improved and are the correct things being measured? What are we loosing to maintain these figures and how could this impact on our retention and development - should we keep a look out for and apply for opportunities that come up for further training?
