In this episode, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros, joined by Mental Performance Coach and Speaker Lauren Johnson, talk about how belief in yourself directly affects your performance in life. Self-belief is one of the critical factors of a healthy personality. When you like and respect yourself, you always perform and behave better than if you did not.

Lauren is an athlete-turned-mental performance coach who is highly motivating and relatable with a passion for developing the minds of the elite. Lauren trains professional athletes, military personnel, and business professionals through national speaking engagements, educational training workshops, and consulting.

Prior to opening her own consulting practice, Lauren served as the Mental Conditioning Coordinator for the New York Yankees. She received her Master's Degree in Performance Psychology from National University.

Lauren helps elite performers develop mental toughness to be their best regardless of circumstances from the playing field to the boardroom. Her practical, straightforward advice and performance strategies provide tangible results and skills that help individuals push through the inevitable challenges life throws at them.
