In this week's episode, host, Jacob Monty discusses COVID-19's devastating impact on the Latino community. COVID-19 has hurt the Latino community more than any other group in America. One need only look at the statistics in California, where 70% of all COVID infections were Latino. Yet, the state is only 39% Latino.

The devastating trends regarding COVID-19 and Latino community are not limited to California. They mirror California in virtually every state in the union. Latinos are more likely to know someone that died from COVID-19 than any other group of people.   The main reason for COVID's devastating impact on Latinos is the fact that so many Latinos are essential workers and the fact that so many Latinos lack health insurance.

Listen as we discuss COVID-19 and its devastating impact on the Latino community and the strategies employers can take to increase Latino vaccinations.
