Hults on Hockey S2 E14: Badly Wounded & Unexpected Goalie Drama (4/13)

The Bruins are 4-4 in their last 8 and with only 9 games left in the season, some doubts have started to creep into the minds of Bruin diehards. Bruins have 3 of their Top 4 defensemen injured, their leading goal scorer in Pasta has a lingering abdomen injury, and our presumed #1 goalie, Swayman, has struggled in his last 10 while Ullmark is making a serious push to make it his net in the playoffs. And considering that our 3rd D pairing is no where close to being solidified, it appears the B's have more holes than we thought going into the playoffs. There have been some bright spots in the lineup of late, with the emergence of Haula, DeBrusk, and newcomer Mclaughlin. In this episode, we breakdown how we think Bruce should handle these issues with only 2 weeks left in the season to give this team the best chance to win a cup in June.
