XR Civil Disobedience 10-8-19 Funeral for "Our Future"

On Monday, Extinction Rebellion occupied New York City’s financial district and stock exchange as part of a global week of climate action. Climate crisis activists poured fake blood on the wall street bull and obstructed the flow of pedestrians. With the aim of interrupting the bustle of New York City human traffic, XR held a funeral procession for "Our Future" through a figurative cemetery of flood, fire, and drought victims.
