Rodney Wiltshire, running on the Green and Independence Party lines for Troy Mayor, talks to Hudson Mohawk Magazine correspondent Corinne Carey about his candidacy and early voting in Troy. This is the first in a nine-part series with Troy's Mayoral candidates that will air before the general election on Tuesday, November 5.
